Reach and Wash

This method, using water fed poles is by far the safest and most effective way of cleaning windows and facades ever developed. We can reach up to 65ft with the operators feet never leaving the ground, so there is absolutely no risk of falling from any height, alleviating you from any health and safety worries

Platform

Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEPS's) provide a safe way of working at height. They :

1. Allow the worker to reach the task quickly and easily
2. Have guard rails and toe boards which prevent a person falling
3. Can be used in-doors or out

MEP's include cherry pickers, scissor lifts and vehicle-mounted booms. Operators are trained to IPAF regulations.

Cradle

Suspended access equipment (SAE) is one of the safest ways to clean windows. Each cradle system is unique, therefore we work closely with the client to establish familiarisation from manufacture/installation companies.

Traditional (ladders)

It is not always possible or practical to use the reach & wash system on every contract, for example, inside buildings. We regularly apply traditional methods of cleaning such as the use of ladders with the traditional bucket and squeegee.

Abseil/Rope Access

Darley Facilities Limited work closely with partners to offer an abseiling service to compliment the various other methods of high level window cleaning. We offer a competitive and cost effective solution high level building requiring specialist access.

Pressure Cleaning

Cleaning your paving is refurbishing it! Mould, mildew, algae, paint, mortar and even oil stains can often be removed. Using high pressure cleaning equipment to provide an effective solution. Once clean we can re-sand the joints in your block paving or concrete slabs, using kiln dry sand. We can also seal the surface with a sealant.

Communal Area Cleaning

Darley Facilities Limited provides a daily/weekly communal area cleaning service to management companies in the Harrogate, Leeds, York and Bradford areas. Our contracts range from small shared buildings right to large apartment blocks. Whatever the size and scale of the job, we can provide a reliable cleaning solution.
